I started with a white grape base and back sweetned with strawberry concentrate. I was already at 15% abv so ... added 1/2 fifth of brandy to 1.5 gals of my wine. This stuff is smoking .. best served over ice.
I was actually pleasantly surprised with the result. I had a small (large) glass this evening and it went down just right. I have 5 Gal's of BOGO that I made by the book and have aging. I may give it a little tweak in the same manner.
