I bought a MM Vinefera Noble White Zinfandel kit last May, stuck it in the corner of my wine cellar and within weeks had completely forgotten it was there....until I stumbled upon it yesterday. Mixed it up last night and pitched the yeast. Here it is 24 hrs later.....

I wonder if I have any more of these kits lying around?????

Does it age in the box????

Let it age in the box a few years, and it will get a nice brown tint to the wine. Then you'd have to make a port out of it.
