Testing TA

Can you test the TA after fermentation? We tested the must right before fermentation but we don't think the test was accurate. We can have Vinquiry test it for us, but the earliest we can make it up to them is almost 2 weeks away.

Yes, you can test post-ferment. Just make sure the sample is thoroughly degassed.
