Technical question

For some reason, I have lost the ability to use any of the formatting tools, above. For example, I cannot "bold," "italicize" or change font size. Did I do something to close these capabilities?

Help!

Thanks, Flamingo. I tried that first and it did not help. I noticed the little flower like icon (Toggle BB code) on the right end of the line and clicked it. That solved the problem.

Have you changed any security settings in your browser? These are all Java Script options, if you have increased security, or specifically blocked script it can eliminate these options.

I have one browser set up for strict privacy and when I access WMT with it, I don't have the above options. I also lose all the like choices, notifications and other script features.

I also just hit the most left hand icon in the above menu which disabled the bar. I managed to enable it again with the gear that says toggle BB code.

If you type the @ sign, then the person username, you should get a drop-down list to tag the person:
