I just added the classifiers to this kit. Tasted good considering its only a few weeks old. I'm debating on adding more oak. It only came with one package for the primary. Seems a little light?
I'm no expert (understatement), but I have read a couple times on WMT that people who really like oak invariably have to add more than what comes with the kit.
