Had some visitors this afternoon. I had to snap the pictures through a dirty window. If I had stepped outside they would have been gone in a heartbeat.

They look like Ruff Grouse???? They can be fun to watch....Had some visit my yard often when I lived out of town.....Taste great also..

Ruffed Grouse they are indeed. And yes, quite tasty. Season ended Jan 1st though....
