I have made it and it is the bomb. Started 7/13 and bottled 10/13. Great black pepper spice and outstanding dark fruit. I highly recommend it. Mine is still young so it should be terrific in another year. Hopefully I will have some survive that long

2 years ago. Did 100 days in the carboy and 6 months in the bottle until 1st taste...then it was all over.

It really is one of the better kits I've had without anything but extra time in the carboy.

One of my favorites. As I have a policy of saving 2 bottles from each kit, I always have (only) 2 left at two years. Delicious young, and gets better!
