Soave

Hello, this will be my first attempt at wine making and I am thinking of doing the Vinefera Noble Soave. Has anyone tried this and if so, what results did you get? Thanks, I look forward to hearing back.

I haven't tried it yet since this is a new series of wine. I do think Mosti Mondiale went all out to make this series in the range of Winexperts World Vineyards and Vintner's Reserve series. It is a full 10 liters instead of the 7.5 of the VR series. It is priced similar to the Island Mist cooler type wines only these are full bodied wines. I say go ahead and try it- vry good price and being a white wine, should have enough body.
