On Homebrew Day I plan on making 10 gal of smoked beer. Thinking of smoking 6#'s 2-row on my smoker w/cherry wood for 1-2hours real low. Also will use 1# of Chocolate malt.
Any other suggestions/additions? Yeast will be German 1007.
 
I havent attempted to make anything like this Tom. im not really o fond of it. Ive tried a fe usually whats on tap at my LHBS and havent really liked any smoked beer as of yet. Thet are very good beer makers also. They are the people who made most of the "Clone Brews" books that sell around the world in every LHBS!
