Should I rack again?

Hello All,

I just moved my Cab Franc into the fridge for cold stabilization. I noticed that in the bottom of the glass there is some fine lees. After thinking about this for a little while I'm wondering if at this point the wine should be totally off any lees. I put the wine in the glass after crush, fermentation, ect approx. Nov 18th. I am going to rack in a few weeks anyway when CS is done but i guess my question is should i do get the wine off the lees now or should i have done that before?

Do not rack. Wait until you are done cold stabilizing and then rack immediately after you remove it from the fridge. Hopefully the fine lees will be attached to the tartrates and stay behind.
