I’d like to replace the factory marble airlock on my Marchisio 500L tanks with a standard S-shaped water airlock. Last season I used a #10 bung with the s-shaped airlock but the steel lip of the lid hole dug into the rubber and some debris could get into the wine. Just was not an elegant solution. I can’t seem to find anything that would screw on with gaskets providing a reliable seal with the ability to push on an s-shaped airlock. Anyone else have a solution they can share? Would also like to outfit my Spiedel tanks with the same solution.

Have you seen the tank toppr airlock risers?

I haven't used them, but am in the samw boat as you looking for a better solution than the marble ones. They take a silicon bung in the top which could be vented for a s-lock.

Thanks everyone! I went with the riser and a #9 stopper for the Marchisio and for the Spiedel tanks I went with the grommeted adapters from Northern Brewers. They are great!
