Recorking bottles

Is there a limit on how many times a bottles can be recorked?

If I use a commercial bottle, drink, clean/sanitize, fill with my wine, cork, drink repeat? I wonder if the glass will weaken over time.

Its not like corking does any damage, glass>>>>>cork.
