I did a blend of rhubarb, blue berry, strawberry, and in my opinion it turned out great. Still very young and rhubarb needs some age to mellow, but it is pretty good all ready.
I have more rhubarb but it has been sitting in a bowl in the fridge for over a week and was not sure if it is any good anymore. It is already all chopped up ready to mash. what do you think? will it go bad over time in the fridge?
