Wife made Lasagna th other note and I did not feel like going to the liquor store for a red wine, so opened a bottle of young Cab Sauv and notice gassiness on the tounge. I put my hand over it and shook it quite a few times before it went away. Surprisingly this affected the flavor, made it feel less thin and a little more aged. Can I open the bottles ,pour into carboy degass and rebottle without harm? Would I need to add more sulfite before degassing? It was bottled in early June and my first Wine kit so now will Brake bleed and stir the crap out of wines I still have bulk aging! Lesson Learned!
