Not really a question but I imagine this'll get a few replies. I started this stuff in Feb before I went to NM. Totally blind, as I realized what I did indeed have, was not a hydrometer. Anyhow, of course when we got back....stuck. I added sugar. Stuck. I degassed. Stuck. I started some yeast, degassed....stuck. I made a yeast starter and IT stuck. So.....one last ditch effort, I threw it all in the primary, beat the hell out of it, threw it in two glass jugs, added half a box of raisins to each, popped an airlock on them and put them in the cabinet. I didn't even want to look at them I was so perturbed. I calmed down a few days, cracked the cabinet doors a little and told those little &#%@$@#&'s if they weren't busy, I was kicking them OUT! I gave 'em about 30 seconds to get movin' and looked. Those suckers are COOKIN! And yes, I realize...this will have QUITE the kick.

Im totally convinced the threat is what got them going.
