Quick wines

Had a post in recipes and didn't get much.

I gave a bunch of wine to my customers in November abs December and business took off. I'd like to do it again soon, does anyone have anything that's fast to make and rather sweet? I haven given them skeeter pee and need to bottle some dragon blood, what else is out there that's ready quickly?
