I bought beer that is unfiltered and unpasteurized and it says keep refrigerated but I forgot to put it in the fridge and I’m wanting to know if it’s safe to drink it is red oaks lager

Pasteurizing is done to increase shelf life. Refrigeration also increases shelf life, it might foam a bit when opened
You’re fine, the environment is hostile to anything that can harm you. You pretty much have to work at infecting beer with something and if you do, it is nothing harmful, just unpleasant tasting.
