question about storing yeast

hi everyone i was just wondering if its safe for the yeast if i open the packets and store it in a clean pill jar and question #2 is it ok to mix different yeast together or will it change the outcome and my final question well just call it #3 for short if i do mix it up is it ok to add some yeast nutrient in with the yeast. so that way when i want to start some yeast i just get a spoon full of happy yeast to take charge the end.

#1 - not sure

#2 - as I understand it, one yeast will win out over the other

#3 - I would be concerned that the dry mixture might not be consistent, ie sometimes 25% yeast, othertimes 75% yeast.
