I've been punching this cap down and stirring 4 to 5 times a day. Will this settle to the bottom once fermentation completes?

Continue until fermentation is complete (@.990) if you have pulp that can be removed you may do so @1.030

Once gravity reaches 1.000 give it a good stir, add a teaspoon of nutrient or super ferment (per 6 gallons), snap on a lid with an airlock or crack the lid open and leave it alone 3 days. It should finish fermenting by then.

Rack off of sediment, add some sulfite (1/4 teaspoon per 5 gallons) and clear.
