Wondering how long to leave the pulp from the pineapple in the mesh bag. In the primary must?
 
I would leave it in the primary untill you are ready to rack the wine into a secondary around 1.025-1.030 or what your recipie calls for. When its time to rack just retrieve the bag and gently squeeze out some of the juice so you do not get anymore of the pulp in the must.
