Believe me, I've seen worse places! This one is okay, but I need something larger and with a nicer kitchen. It is okay for a "fixer upper" but I want something that is just "move in ready." Guess I will have to pass.

I hear ya, Rocky. All those vines and no production facility? It'll be a lot of work when I have to convert that stable to a wine lab. Still trying to decide whether or not I want to undertake all that.

ugh, having extra bedrooms to clean and 20,000 feet of floors to vacuum and mop, much less having to cut 24 acres of grass. Plus, I didn't see a dishwasher in the kitchen.....
