My late father-in-law was a self employed auto mechanic, race engine builder, overall auto enthusiast with lots of So Cal connections. A friend of his built the Christine cars and, when the studio decided to tour the car across the US and Canada, enlisted him to transport the car. I believe Chuck and Gail spent about 8 weeks touring the Christine car and they talked about what a great time they had repeatedly over the years.
