I want to make pomegranate wine and I`m thinking on adding freshly pressed grape juice. Is it a good idea? Anyone tried it with pomegranate? If so how much should I add per liter (the grapes are of "Isabella" variety)?
Could you post the recipe besides the grapes? I'm about to start my first pom wine, and not sure how much juice to use for a 3 gallon batch. I don't want the wine to be too sour, which I think is a real possibility with this stuff!
