Clearly I've been bitten hard by the wine bug. I spent much of Sunday afternoon playing around with labels. Here's what I came up with. These are just printed on regular paper and taped onto the bottle.

The flash from the camera washed it out some. Here's a better shot of the label.

The color looks really good on the brown bottles that I received from George. The label on the top will be printed on gold paper (it's just on white paper with a gold colored background now).

Yup you have been bitten and are now infected my friend...awesome label!

What software did you use? I think making the labels is as much fun as the wine.

Nice work!

Buy yourself a glue stick and run a bead on the sides only. It works well and washes off easily.

I used Microsoft Publisher 2007. As a Microsoft Partner I receive all of the MS software in a quarterly action pack so I received my 2007 versions a week ago.

I agree, it was a lot of fun looking for ideas and making this develop.
