Well Folks I'm now down to the waiting game. Rack my Wine this evening into another Glass Carboy. Now we wait for about 28 days. I did sneak a sip, And I believe it's ready right now! This is a VERY good tasting Wine . I'm very happy in how this turned out. Pinot Noir Yamhill Edited by: oneram

Im glad you like it already, just imagine what it will taste like when
it gets some age on it, if it ever gets some age on it!

It's the Oregon Yamhill County Pinot Noir. Again this is a very good one.
