I have a pineapple wine I started mid may ...after some trouble with some stressed yeast.... I got it under control and have racked it and stableized it and added another half gallon of pineapple juice to back sweeten it I let it set for another 3 weeks and racked it tonight and tried it and it still has a really strong alchaol and off taste the starting sg was 1.100 and ending sg was .995....after I added the half gallon of juice to back sweeten and flavor it the sg was 1.000 .......also I used all juice making this no water ......what do yall think I need to do to get this more drinkable? ...any suggestions are appreciated
 
let it sit for a month or 2. I do pineapple/orange starting at 1.10 and the alcohol taste goes away pretty quickly.
