There are lots of ways to spell it, you should go on a Brit forum and see what they call. I put the enzymes in every batch. I always start with Juice.

One small bottle of Pectic Enzyme will last thru around 20~24 6 gallon pails of juice. Based upon 20 drops per bucket.

One time I ordered some "Emyzne nitcep" for half price it didn't work all that well so I mixed some in my Orange Juice and have been peeing like crazy for months.

And it is coming out blue!!

becareful for discounts it may very well turn out to be a "stnuocsid"!
