Pectic Enzyme to the sample ?!

Hi there !

Does it make any difference if I dissolve the Pectic enzyme in a sample of the Must and then add it to the Primary ?!

I've already added K-Meta 12 Hours before .

I don't think it would make a difference. I just sprinkle a premeasured amount over the primary bucket and mix it in.

It's irrelevant. Either way. Allow it 12-24 hours before adding yeast.
