Do you all think that 30oz. of golden rasins will provide enough tannins for 5gal. of peach wine? I see recipes calling for anywhere from 1.25 tsp all the way up to 4 tsp of liquid tannins. None of these have rasins in the mix.

I usually use 1 cup of strong black tea per gallon to add tannin to a fruit wine. raisins will also add body and sugars as well.

Are you fermenting on the skins of the Peaches or not?

Since there are no skins it would help to add a few more golden raisins. Definitely do not use pits.
