Do you all think that 30oz. of golden rasins will provide enough tannins for 5gal. of peach wine? I see recipes calling for anywhere from 1.25 tsp all the way up to 4 tsp of liquid tannins. None of these have rasins in the mix.
 
I usually use 1 cup of strong black tea per gallon to add tannin to a fruit wine. raisins will also add body and sugars as well.

Since there are no skins it would help to add a few more golden raisins. Definitely do not use pits.
