Clearly, I'm relatively new at this. I'm making a Petit Verdot and fermentation has stopped. I had my packages on the table and by mistake added the chitosan at the same time as the sorbate-sulphite and kiesosol. The chitosan is supposed to be added tomorrow. Should I get new packs of citosan and add them again at the right time or does it matter? Please help.

I think you'll be ok with it as long as you got it de-gassed ok. Welcome to the forum!

Youll be fine. Of you havent degassed it yet then do so now which will stir it all up again which too is no problem. Fo the fining agent to work properly the wine needs to be degassed.

I'm degassing by stirring a few times over the next 24 hours.
