So what temps do Canadian vintners ferment at while they watch their team play?
ice wine or regular wine?

I usually go for about 72F or 19C when I watch the Vancouver Canucks lose in the 3rd period when they started it with a 3 goal lead.

LOL, I will have to print this out and give it to my young Canadian EMT student that is riding with me right now for her clinical time on the ambulance. It is pretty funny. It got down in the low 50's/high 40's (that is F not C) here the other night and we were pretty chilly. She was laughing at us. Of course on the flip side, we had a group of them here in July. They were baking we just kept saying wait till August.
