Oak Chablis???

My 6 month old Chablis has cleared nicely. I will probably rack it one more time and I am thinking about adding oak. I can rack now or wait. I have oak chips so if I do oak it, it will only be for a few weeks, maybe a month. Then another 6 months before bottling. I normally do reds so any suggestions are welcome. :a1 :b
 
Depends on how much more oak you will want.
You can oak it now. If at racking time it still needs some oak, rinse the oak and move it to the new carboy. I don't know how long your particular chips take to be fully used up. It could be that a few weeks will do the job.

Play with it.
