Hi, I'm on my third kit (Kenridge Classic Vieux Chateau du Roi) and after 6 days it's still not bubbling up through the fermentation lock? It smells vaguely like it is / had been fermenting and it had some visible action a few days ago looking at the top of the juice but nothing now. I have carried out the process as per the instructions that came with it and the first Kenridge kit I had done, even drinking it far to early, was lovely. it has a heater set at 22 c and was 1082 at the time of adding the yeast (pre mixed with a little water for 15 mins as per instructions)
Secondary fermentation, according to the instructions should be on Thursday but I'm worried it has not fermented??
How do I tell ?
Any advice would be very appreciated,
