I'm new to wine making. I've made many gallons of beer.My first batch of wine is in secondary fermentation.
I'm trying the Mosti Mondiale’s 10L Vinifera Noble - Castel del Papa. Wish me luck!


I also have the RJ Spagnols BrewHouse Kit - Honey Blonde Ale. I'll see how the kit beers work out.

I have made 2 "no boil" beer kits and each turned out wonderful.


Irish Stout and the Mexican Cerveza. I have the "Winterfest" beer kit on the way.
