Folks, I need a batch of grapes to ferment 30-gallons. Preferably in order by desire 1) Pinot Noir, 2) Merlot, 3) Chenin Blanc, 4) Viognier ... this is not exclusive: I'm willing to grab up any varietal if need be. Freezer capable, so let me know what your min sell is. Thanks.
