This is what I have in my bucket right now, hoping it tastes as good as it smells. While cleaning bottles and removing labels I came across a Apple Blackberry wine called Blackberry Blast. That along with reading a Jam wine thread somewhere got me to thinking I should try something along that line. Apple Juice at Walmart for $1.50 and Preserves for $2.22 a jar didn't cost much to make. I'll let you all know if it worked in about 6 months

1 gallon:
1 96 oz bottles of Great Value 100% Apple Juice
2 12 oz jars Seedless Blackberry Preserves
12 ozs Sugar @ S.G. 1.085
½ tsp Pectic Enzyme
1 ½ tsp Acid Blend @ 6.25 pH 3.4
1 tsp yeast nutrient
½ tsp yeast energizer
¼ tsp Tannin
1 Campden Tablet
1 pack Lalvin K1-V1116 yeast (DAY 2)
