I just racked my first kit to secondary. It's a WE eclipse Pinot Noir with addition of a pound of blackberries. Going to start daves dragon blood and WE premium California cab/merlot this week as well

Yes sir lol. I am a bit if a risk taker. I have done home beer brew for a bit but I never really drank much beer. It was more for friends and family. I in the other hand only drink wine. I been collecting wine and been reading about home brew for some time. But I guess reading all the nice tweaks members make makes my mouth water and brain excited. So under guidance of a few members I and doing this tweak.
