Hi All. Long time since I have been on our site. Some changes I see. I have to say this is a great hobby and everyone is always helpful. I especially seem to run into the strangest problems with this hobby. You do remember my incident with the 'boiled wine'? It turned out quite fine.

I have been experimenting with the blending of my wine kits, with success I must say. And at times, reading what other members do, add some fruit once and awhile. For what reason? Oh I don't know just experimenting. Isn't that what our hobby is all about?

I digress. I have on a couple of batches of wine now, that seem to be working awful hard. It has been 7 days now, and they seem to be not slowing down! Perhaps 4 to 5 cms of foam on them! I am not worried but curious what causes this after 7 days? I hope I can get these finished and bottled before I head to Bullhead city, AZ in two months.

Thanks, as I say it is just curiosity. :)
