WOULD LIKE SOME HELP WITH ELDERBERRY WINE
IT SEAMS A LITTE STRONG I JUST RACKED FOR LAST TIME
PUT POTASSIUM SOBATE AND K-META IN WILL LET REST
2 OR 3 WEEKS WOULD LIKE TO PUT IN SOME CHERRY
JUICE I STEAMED WOULD THAT BE OK ?
ALL SO HAVE SOME APRICOT COMING UP SOON SHOULD
I ADD SOMETHING TO THAT ?

Adding the cherry juice would be fine, just dont clear it unyil you
have added everything to it or dont clear it at all except with time. I
use KC SuperKleer when I have to. I myself always try not to change the
flavor of the wine I am working on unless I discover that I dont like
the flavor.
