Mosti Mondiale Missing Yeast Nutrients

Mosti AllJuice Shiraz kit, after 3 days of fermenting at 76 F, the wine has gone from .099, 058 to 020. The temp is a little high even though the room ranges between 65 and 72 F. Although the kit instructions states to rack between 040 and 050, the 1 day change was down to .020. Nonetheless, I began to get ready to rack to the glass Carboy after adding the yeast nutrients and squeezing the grapes; <B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">the yeast nutrients are missing![/B]
I checked all the other kit bags and all the ingredients are there, including the rest of the Shiraz components. I’m very careful with the kits and am very confident that I didn’t misplace the yeast nutrients.
Can I replace the yeast nutrient from my local wine store?
I’ll post a question related to brewing temps shortly.

Yes, you can buy yeast nutrient if your dealer stocks it. I keep a bottle of beer and wine nutrient in the fridge. You will probably be fine if you don't have any though. I have done a lot of kits without it. Mosti's are the only brand I have made that it comes with.

Great, I have a great store only 5 minutes away and George is about 30 minutes. I’m sure I’ll go for a $3.00 package of yeast nutrient and $130.00 later I’ll be out of there!

I just received a Reserva Mondiale White Zin kit and all it had in it was a bottle of conditioner and some labels. Maybe they have a quality control problem at their packaging facility.

Jeff H, I didn’t see the article written by George but thanks for pointing it out. Before this post, I created a question in the Mosti forum, as to the slow fermentation of my Alljuice kit as it appears to have stopped at around 1.00.
Maybe I am a little anxious as I am a Newbie.
