Mezza Luna Red was my first wine of experience. My thought is it's like biting a cherry straight from the tree. It was a little to tart for me.

My second wine choice was Wildberry Shiraz from the Island Mist. It was more like a wine cooler, a little to sweet for me. So, I blended them together and have a nice wine of my tasting. But, again it is just my taste. I like a fuller bodied wine.

I'm not very good at describing wines,I like what I like, andIlikeMezza Luna. It is medium bodied with cherry and raspberry flavors, somewhat tannic with a hint of oak. I have my second kit of this bulk aging now. I may oak this one a little more.

Thank you very much. I can always sweeten it to taste before bottling but it sounds good.
