Hello, all
I have had a batch of mayhaw wine brewing for awhile now, it has stopped the fremintaion, but i noticed it wasn't clearing real well, so i decided to take the top of and give it a sniff, mistake #1 it smelled terrible like a jug of rotten eggs. Question is do I pitch it are can it be saved?

Could Reduless save it? Scotlab has a protocol for using it and you can buy small amounts for 6 gal batches. WVMJ

Had a similar problem with sour cherry. I splash racked it several times and stirred with a copper wire with copper fishing lures attached (homemade of course). You have a H2S problem. I also bought ridulees but didn't need it.
H2S can be caused by the spray used on the fruit, poor sanitation, or lack of neutrients during fermentation.

where do I find the ridulees at, and how long does it take to work
