still consider myself a newbie. Lynn

Lynn - Are you asking about acid being low, or about pH being low? You
can add acid blend to your country wines after fermenting, or tartaric acid
to grape wine. As you've probably heard, it is good to adjust the pH
within a recommeded range in order to protect the wine during aging. It
is desirable to adjust acid levels for protection and taste. You're no a
newbie than I am!

You know Lynn, I'm not sure what to add to raise PH. I know you can add acid blend to change the TA, but I'm not sure about the PH.

I wonder if you ajust the TA with acid blend will it adjust the PH too?

Good question.
