Leaf Funk ?

I got plenty to learn about grape diseases. Was out checking the plants this morning and see some funk on the leaves of one of my plants (Pinot Noir). Can somebody tell me what this is? Some of the leaves have a hard wrinkly portion on the leaves. I hope to get another round of spraying on them tomorrow when the rain quits, I need to know if my spray will tackle this issue.

What does the under side of the leaf look like? Might be mites.

Yup, I'd say mites too. I get them on a few of my viburnums and it looks exactly the same. Look under the leaf and you'll see the little buggers.

I have two plants that have a few leaves that look like the ones in the pic. I couldn't find any mites on them.

I finally got a chance to spray my grapes today, they all got a good shower.
