I AM GOING TO BOTTLE SOME BLUEBERRY. SHOULD I USE
K-META BE FOUR I BOTTLE ?

Did you add any prior to fermenting ? After fermenting completed? If not then yes, you need to add the K-Meta. If you answered yes to either of the above and are pllanning on drinking the wine within a year then no. If you are going to age it for a couple of years then yes...THERE...was that confusing enough
