Err... Why wait for camping..
No time like the present to "test" or "taste" for research only...LOL
Besides, how else do you know what she would like when you go camping?

HA HA. The reason she has to wait is I've been busy making the other wines. I just started a zinfandel yesterday. Then will be black cherry mist. Then Skeeter Pee with the lees from those. She has been out since Feb ! I think I may need another primary fermenter.. LOL
