I started a orchard Breezin Calypso Bianco 10 days ago in primary. Fermentation started good within 24 hrs. For the last 3 or 4 days I have not had any airlock activity- which im not sure the lid seals perfect on my bucket. There are some bubbles still coming up from the bottom carrying little patches of lees with them. For the last 2 days my SG has been at 1.002. Is it stuck? How can you tell? And if it is stuck, would there be any reason to not get it going again with one of these sweet kits? My temperatures have been 70-72 most of the time except for one day I noticed it down around 65-67.

These kits have a tendency to stop sometimes right around there which is fine as this will be a sweeter wine anyway, you can proceed to the next step now. The #'s given are just a reference, especially the amount of days and those bubbles you are seeing are c02 rising most likely.
