Not sure about tannin - but pectic is 1/8 tsp for liquid and 3/4 tsp for powder.

Maybe the same - sorry not a better answer.

An on-line source says that the dosage "conversion is 1/4 teaspoon dry tannin equals 0.338140227 fluid ounces. This is about half a gram dry tannin to 10 millilitres liquid."

2 tsp per gallon for reds
1 tbsp per gallon for fruit

Dry tannin: 1/4 tsp per gallon for whites and rose
1/3 tsp per gallon for reds
1/2 tsp per gallon for fruit.
