I'm making a Sauvignon Blanc for my sister who prefers a slight citrus flavor to it.

How would I go about doing this? :re

Usually this is produced by the grapes themselves and cool fermenting typically helps bring this out. Warm fermentation will usually burn off fruity esters that are very delicate in white and most fruit wines. I ferment all my fruit wines and whites at around 62* to help keep those esters in. You could add a little lemon and or orange juice and I mean just a little at the end to enhance or artificially create it if none is there though.

It should come from the grape itself. The yeast probably plays in the equation as well. I have had Pinot Gris that had a similar citrus twang as well.
